SHIPPING POLICY
1. Where We Ship
- Within Pakistan: We deliver nationwide via trusted courier
partners.
- International Shipping: Available on request. Please contact us
before placing an order. Charges, delivery time, and customs requirements
vary by destination.
2. Order Processing Time
- Standard Products: Processed and dispatched within 2–3 working
days.
- Customized Products: Require 5–7 working days for production
before shipping.
- Bulk/Institutional Orders: Processing time is shared in advance
based on order complexity, design approval, and volume.
3. Delivery Timeframes (Pakistan)
- Major Cities: 2–4 working days after dispatch
- Remote/Rural Areas: 4–7 working days after dispatch
- Delivery estimates do not include weekends, public holidays, or
delays beyond our control (e.g., weather, courier disruptions).
4. Shipping Charges
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight,
size, and location.
- Free delivery may apply for:
- Orders above a minimum value
- Specific promotions, bundles, or institutional clients
- Seasonal campaigns (e.g., Back to School, Eid Sales)
5. Order Tracking
- Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or
SMS.
- You can track the order via the courier’s website or contact
our support team for assistance.
🔄 RETURN
& EXCHANGE POLICY
1. Eligible for Return/Exchange
We accept returns or exchanges if the
following conditions are met:
- Product is defective, damaged, or incorrect
- Product is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
- You notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item
- You provide photo/video evidence of the issue with your order
number
2. Items NOT Eligible for Return
- Customized or personalized items (with names, logos, branding,
etc.)
- Products specifically made-to-order or printed as per user
request
- Items damaged due to customer mishandling or improper use
- Digital products (eBooks, printable worksheets, etc.)
- Products returned after 48 hours without prior approval
3. Exchanges
- Exchanges for size, type, or change of mind are only accepted
for non-customized items.
- Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
- The buyer will bear the return and re-shipping charges unless
the mistake was on our part.
💰 REFUND
POLICY
1. Refunds Are Offered When:
- The product is unavailable or out of stock after payment
- The product is returned and inspected as faulty or incorrect
- An order is canceled within the allowed window before
customization begins
2. Refund Method
- Refunds may be processed via:
- Bank transfer (shared securely via email/WhatsApp)
- Digital wallet (JazzCash/EasyPaisa)
- Store credit or replacement product (based on customer
preference)
3. Processing Time
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the return
is approved.
- You’ll be notified once the refund is initiated. Processing
time may vary based on your bank/payment provider.

CANCELLATION POLICY
1. Customer-Initiated Cancellations
- Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of placement by
contacting us via WhatsApp or email.
- Customized/bulk orders cannot be canceled after design approval
or production start.
2. Qalam Ghar-Initiated Cancellations
We reserve the right to cancel an order
in cases such as:
- Incomplete or unverifiable information
- Product discontinuation
- Failed payment or fraud detection
Customers will be notified and refunded
in full where applicable.

QUALITY CONTROL & DISPUTES
- All customized items go through design approval before
production.
- Minor variations in shade, layout, or placement (±5–10%) are
common due to manual or batch-based production.
- In case of a dispute, we offer fair and transparent resolutions
based on visual evidence and written communication.
