Q: How do I share
my customization details?
A: While ordering, you’ll find fields to add your name/text and upload logos or
reference files. For bulk or special requests, we’ll coordinate with you via
email or WhatsApp to finalize design details.
Q: Is there a
minimum order quantity for customized items?
A: For individual personalization, you can order a single item. For
institutional or bulk customization (e.g. school kits, company merchandise),
the minimum usually starts at 25–50 units depending on the product.
Q: Do you offer
design support for customized orders?
A: Yes. Our design team can help you with layout, branding, and formatting —
especially for diaries, certificates, storybooks, packaging, and more. Some
complex design services may incur an additional fee.

deliver?
A: We offer delivery all across Pakistan via trusted courier services. For
international shipping, please contact us directly for availability and costs.

take to receive my order?
- Standard Products: 3–5 business days
- Customized Products: 7–10 business days
(depending on complexity)
- Bulk/Institutional Orders: Timeline is
discussed and agreed upon at the time of order

Q: What are your
delivery charges?
A: Shipping charges vary by location and weight. Charges are calculated at
checkout. We also offer free shipping on select products and bundle deals.

Q: Can I return or
exchange an item?
A: Non-customized items may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery
if unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
Customized or personalized items cannot be returned unless there's a defect or
production error.

receive a damaged or wrong product?
Q: What if my
customized item has a spelling/design error?
A: If the error was on our end, we’ll gladly fix or replace the product. If
incorrect details were submitted by the customer, corrections may require a fee
and will be treated as a new customization.
